CCS houses all servers and equipment are located at it physical location in Berlin, New Jersey. CCS has placed a focus on improving technology within our collection process. These improvements allow for better control over debtor data, and increased efficiencies and effectiveness of our staff. CCS continually integrates the latest technology to maximize the power and security potential of our backbone IBM Eserver used to house all client account data.
CCS uses RMEx, Receivables Management Expert by Quantrax. CCS is currently on the most recent updated version of this software. Our collections have directly benefited from Quantrax’s exposure to its Healthcare partners, giving Quantrax the ability to solve many issues before most collection agencies and their collection software even recognized a problem existed. RMEx allows CCS to customize every level of the collection process to meet the specific needs of the ***CLIENT***.
Quantrax has had an expert system (Intelligent Software) for many years. At this time we are able to be fully compliant with all the CFPBs purposed rules for the debt collection industry while our competitors and their database provider are taking a 'wait and see' approach in updating their products. The difference between our collection software and other products is hard to describe in a proposal, but if you want to learn more, the details are available on Quantrax’s website www.quantrax.com.
DIALER & IVR
CCS uses iTel Dialer Version 10.3 by Quantrax. This dialer was created by Quantrax to work hand in hand with RMEx. The iTel dialer allowed us to focus on creating and making right party contacts, which lead to more payment possibilities. CCS currently has 30 stations licenses with unlimited expansion possibilities. iTel allows for predictive dialing to home phones number, and Power/Preview dialing for Cell and Work numbers. The iTel dialer integrates seamlessly with CCS’s collection software allowing for real-time updating of accounts and call list, as well as the instant dialing of newly received numbers. The iTel can conveniently accept check and credit card payment 24 hours a day through its IVR payment portal.

VOICE RECORDING TECHNOLOGY
We record all collection conversations (outgoing and incoming). Since updating this voice recording technology in 2001, complaint ratios have decreased significantly. Both collector and consumer are aware that the conversation is being recorded, thus enhancing professionalism and mutual civility while decreasing frivolous complaints from debtors.
Security—whether physical, network, or data—is a primary focus at CCS and is part of our core culture. We rigorously secure all data, including backup systems in the event of system failure due to natural disaster, or otherwise. We utilize coded key-fob locks on all external doors to protect our physical facility. Our building is a medium-high security facility with on-site grounds and building security personnel.
We regularly upgrade all routers and firewalls and conduct 128-bit encryption of all data. We use dedicated T1's for both voice and data. We use a dual backup methodology. All of our Direct Access Storage Devices (DASDs) are redundant. We maintain a complete backup of the live data. In addition, we do a complete backup daily. The daily backups are archived for two weeks; the weekly backups are archived for a month, and the monthly backups are archived for a year. Yearly backups are archived indefinitely.
